Meatballs with pistachio pesto

Enjoy a deep flavor with this easy to prepare recipe.



• 400 g minced meat
• 100 g bread crumbs
• 50 ml milk
• 2 eggs
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• 100 g Parmesan cheese


• 1 spring onion
• 200 ml cooking cream
• 3 tablespoons Pistachio Pesto

First we go with the meatballs:
In a bowl, add all the minced meat with the crumbled breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.
With wet hands, shape the meatballs, place them on a tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180° in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the cream:
In a frying pan fry the sliced onion in oil until golden brown, add the cream, pesto and salt and cook for two minutes over low heat.
Dip the meatballs in the resulting cream and mix well without turning on the pan.
Transfer them to a serving dish and enjoy.
