The ARANCIO F. flours are produced by farm, and they are obtained exclusively from durum wheat grown in the Sicilian Region, produced by organic and conventional agriculture; milling is entrusted to mills that use ancient millstones and cylinders with state-of-the-art equipment.
La Ferté’s natural stone milling allows the aromas, flavors of ancient grains, and of all Sicilian grains in general, to be preserved intact.
The flours are authentic whole grain flours obtained by natural stone milling, contain all parts of the grain, including the wheat germ; they are whole grain, whole grain flours.
