Pasta ARANCIO F. is obtained by milling regular and wholemeal rimacino semolina, with which we produce pasta with the flavor and aroma of Sicilian wheat, thus obtaining our semolina pasta from ancient Sicilian grains, milled by cylinder or stone.
Drawn with bronze dies, dried at temperatures below 38°. Suitable for the preparation of first courses with meat, fish or vegetables. Its artisanal processing brings the aroma of Sicilian wheat to our tables.
