The original and unmistakable yellow color of the dough given by the zuppa inglese dough of our PERVASO Panettone, joins the highest quality candied orange and the fine dark chocolate, giving life to our unique panettone. Conceived with passion by our master pastry chef Adriano Pizzurro, who, with slow and rigorously artisanal processes such as Breaking, Pirlatura and long leavening, marries high quality flour and mother yeast, creating an inimitable product, to be enjoyed alone, or in company, with a good glass of cheerful bubbles.
