Poured cake with jam that doesn’t sink and stays in the center perfectly. This tart is fantastic, soft and delicious, with simple ingredients and perfect for the whole family.
• 150 g flour
• 80 g sugar
• 8 g baking powder
• 60 ml milk
• 60 ml sunflower oil
• 2 eggs
• Powdered sugar
• 1 mold of 18 cm
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Break the eggs and pour them into a bowl, add the sugar and stir quickly until the mixture becomes frothy.
Pour the remaining liquid ingredients, milk and oil, vanilla extract and stir, then add the flour and baking powder until a homogeneous and creamy mixture is obtained.
Grease and flour the baking pan and pour half of the mixture, then bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and put about 3 generous spoonfuls of jam in the center, you can use the one you prefer from our Sicania‘s friends, just be careful not to get to the edges because the jam can spill when cooked.
Cover with the other half of the dough and bake another 20 minutes approximately.
Remove from the oven when the surface is golden brown.
