Mediterranean Parmesan Balls

We are moving towards the change of season and this is also noticeable in the kitchen!
From drinks with ice and fresh dishes we go straight to something
more substantial!

Today we want to offer you a very simple snack to prepare, spiced with a breeze of Italian style.

Parmesan balls!


100 g of Parmesan cheese
2 egg whites
1 liter of peanut oil

How to prepare them:

Put the egg whites in a bowl, grate the Parmesan cheese and add the two ingredients
mixing well with a fork.
With the mixture, form small balls with about 1 cm in diameter.
Fry the Parmesan balls in boiling peanut oil until golden.
Drain them with a slotted spoon on absorbent paper and serve hot!
