Busiate with tomato sauce

– 500gr of long or short artisan Busiate

– 2/3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

– 1 clove of garlic

– 800gr of fresh tomatoes or one of our 100% Italian tomato sauces


How to prepare it?

To prepare this tasty dish
bring a large pot of water to a boil
salted for cooking our Busiate. Meanwhile
blanch the tomatoes, peel them, and blend them with a mixer.

Heat up 2/3 spoons of extra virgin olive oil in a pan with
the clove of garlic and transfer the tomatoes: leave
season for a few minutes.
Boil the Busiate a minute before, drain and transfer
in the pan with the seasoning. Blow up for a minute,
remove the garlic. Then divide into individual plates,
sprinkle with grated pecorino and ground pepper.
Serve the tasty pasta with fresh tomato immediately.
